Victor Yampolsky and Leonard Bernstein
In the video preview of the 2009 Festival Finale, Peninsula Music Festival Music Director Victor Yampolsky mentions his relationship with Leonard Bernstein who was an important mentor and played a key role in helping him come to the USA.
In January 2009, he invited our video crew to his office at Northwestern University so we could record his recollections. His story about Leonard Bernstein is divided into four parts.
